Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DesignMyInk.com ("the Service"), operated by Known By One LLC("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

DesignMyInk is a division of Known By One LLC, providing a tattoo design studio and AI-drawn tattoo designs through our website at designmyink.com.

Service Description

DesignMyInk.com provides a tattoo design studio. A free AI design consultant turns your idea into a written concept brief, and the Tattoo Design Report draws original tattoo designs from that brief.

Our Services Include:

• • A free design studio that turns your idea into a written concept brief
• • The Tattoo Design Report (the Commission Book): 12 original designs across 3 styles, stencil-ready line plates, placement and price guidance and an artist brief, delivered as a PDF with high-resolution downloads
• • A public gallery of designs made on the site
• • Free tattoo tools, such as the font preview and the Roman numeral converter
• • For existing subscribers on legacy plans only: monthly image generations and vector conversions

User Accounts and Subscriptions

• • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• • Free image generations were retired on August 16, 2026 — every account's free tier is the design studio consultation; designs are drawn only as part of a purchased report
• • Tattoo designs are purchased as a one-off Tattoo Design Report ($14.99)
• • Subscriptions are no longer offered to new customers; existing Pro subscriptions keep their 50 generations + 3 vector conversions per month for $9.99
• • Existing Premium subscriptions keep their 100 generations + 10 vector conversions per month for $19.99
• • Premium users can roll over up to 50 unused generations
• • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Intellectual Property

Generated tattoo designs are owned by you, the user. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use generated content for service improvement and marketing purposes. We retain ownership of our AI technology, algorithms, and platform code.

Prohibited Uses

• • Creating offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• • Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models
• • Using the service for commercial resale without permission
• • Violating copyright or trademark rights of others
• • Automated scraping or bulk downloading of content

Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Tattoo Design Report is a one-time payment; refunds follow our Refund Policy. Legacy subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law, and you may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of generated designs or our platform. Users are responsible for ensuring tattoo designs meet their personal and professional standards.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
