DesignMyInk.com provides AI-powered tattoo design generation services. Our platform allows users to create unique, custom tattoo designs using artificial intelligence technology.

Our Services Include:

• • Subscription-based access tiers

User Accounts and Subscriptions

• • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• • Free accounts are limited to 5 tattoo generations (lifetime)
• • Starter subscriptions: 20 generations per month for $4.99
• • Pro subscriptions: 100 generations + 3 vector conversions per month for $9.99
• • Premium subscriptions: 200 generations + 10 vector conversions per month for $19.99
• • Annual plans available with 20% discount
• • Premium users can roll over up to 50 unused generations
• • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Intellectual Property

Generated tattoo designs are owned by you, the user. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use generated content for service improvement and marketing purposes. We retain ownership of our AI technology, algorithms, and platform code.

Prohibited Uses

• • Creating offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• • Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models
• • Using the service for commercial resale without permission

• • Automated scraping or bulk downloading of content

Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of generated designs or our platform. Users are responsible for ensuring tattoo designs meet their personal and professional standards.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
