How does the design studio work?
Describe your idea, then pick a style, placement and size. The design consultant turns it into a written concept brief in about two minutes. The brief is free and needs no account. Nothing is drawn at this stage: when you commission the Commission Book, the plates are drawn the same day, usually within minutes.
Can I use the designs commercially?
The designs are yours to get tattooed and to share with any artist. Selling them, for example as flash sheets or prints, needs our permission first; see the Terms of Service.
What does a design cost?
The brief is free: develop your idea with the design consultant, then commission your Design Report for $14.99.
What if I'm not satisfied with my design?
Your brief is free, so you can change your answers or start a new brief before you commission anything. If something is wrong with a Commission Book you paid for, email us at contact@designmyink.com.
