1. Digital Design Services
1.1 AI-Generated Tattoo Designs
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our AI-generated tattoo designs:
- All AI-generated designs are non-refundable once delivered
- Each design is created instantly based on your specific inputs
- Designs are immediately available for download upon generation
- We cannot "return" digital products that have been delivered
1.2 Technical Issues
Refunds may be considered in cases of technical failures:
- If our system fails to generate a design after payment
- If you're charged but receive no generation credits
- If there are duplicate charges due to system errors
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Monthly & Annual Plans
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused generation credits
- Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 7 days
2.2 Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your DesignMyInk account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Click on "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Eligible for Refund
- Technical failures preventing service delivery
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Subscription cancellation within 7 days of initial purchase (first-time subscribers only)
- Service outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours
3.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Designs already generated and delivered
- Unused generation credits at the end of billing period
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated design aesthetics
- Changes in personal circumstances or preferences
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number or subscription ID
- Describe the issue and reason for refund request
- Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation
4.2 Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days
5. Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision:
- First, contact our support team to discuss the issue
- If unresolved, you may escalate to our management team
- For credit card payments, you may contact your card issuer
- Disputes must be initiated within 60 days of the transaction
